This waxed, natural twine is exceptionally strong and rot resistant making it ideal for warping up your loom to make wall hangings, or rugs
For softer finished textiles we recommend you use our un-waxed warping thread which is softer to touch but just as strong as the waxed.
As a guide, the following table shows you how many metres of warp thread you will need to make a 1 metre long rug or finished piece of fabric.
12 peg loom = 30 metres
22 peg loom = 55 metres
30 peg loom = 75 metres
44 peg loom = 110 metres
