This un-waxed, natural twine is exceptionally strong but soft making it ideal for warping up your loom to make wall hangings, fabrics and other textiles you may go on to use to make bags or scarves from.
For rugs we recommend you use our waxed warping thread which is harder wearing and more rot resistant.
As a guide, the following table shows you how many metres of warp thread you will need to make a 1 metre long rug or finished piece of fabric.
12 peg loom = 30 metres
22 peg loom = 55 metres
30 peg loom = 75 metres
44 peg loom = 110 metres
